What Dennis Ksendzov is working on.

A live snapshot. Inspired by the /now movement — a simple page that says what you're focused on right now, updated whenever it changes.

Right now

Three things I'm focused on this quarter.

1. Scaling Influencer Advisory's ambassador-program book

We're moving more brands off one-off sponsored posts and into 3 to 6 month ambassador relationships. The CAC math is dramatically better, but it requires a different sales conversation. Most of my week is spent rebuilding the brief and onboarding flow to make this the default path.

2. Sharpening the creator-vetting model

Our internal scoring model uses 4 signals to predict whether a creator will drive sales for a given brand. I'm working with the team on adding 2 new signals (repeat-brand sentiment + comment-velocity ratio) that I think will lift hit rate by another 10 to 15 percent. Quietly iterating against historical campaign data first.

3. Writing more, in public

Most of what I know about influencer marketing has stayed inside the agency. I'm shipping more here on the blog and on LinkedIn. The goal is one essay every two weeks, no padding.

Where I'm not

What I'm explicitly NOT doing.

Saying no is a competitive advantage. The list of things I've stopped doing this quarter, in case it's useful.

Always open to

What I'll always say yes to.
